ONLINE QUIZ ON THE LIBRARIAN’S DAY

On August 12, 2023, Dr. S.R. Ranganathan’s 131st birthday, the Library Professionals Foundation and NorthCap University hosted an online quiz. Over 600 library professionals took part in the event and received digital certificates. This day is celebrated as Librarians Day by all library professionals.

ONLINE KOHA TRAINING WORKSHOP
On August 15–24, 2023, the Library Professionals Foundation hosted a 10-day online training workshop for the KOHA Library Management Software. Mr. Praveen, the resource person, has trained over a hundred candidates.

On the occasion of the 130th birth anniversary of the Father of Library Science, Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, the Library Professional Foundation (Regd.) organized an online library quiz in which more than 120 library professionals from different states participated. Digital certificates were sent to those who secured more than 50% marks.
